Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the box that is returned has been damaged or has any writing on it, there is a $20 rebox fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any returned terminal with encryption will not receive a refund for the encryption service that was performed on the device. Furthermore, shipping will not be refunded during this process.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts is subject to a depreciation fee. The depreciation price is the difference between a refurbished device and a new device.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, and approved for a return by DCCS, a restocking fee of 10% to 30% based on the condition of the return.
Locked Terminals: No refund until unlocked. Each 30 days of locked status from the received date, a 15% monthly restocking fee is assessed.
