Epson Printer Repair Service

Diagnosis and repair in 10 Business Days.

Epson printer repair process includes:

1. Extensive inspection of broken components to guarantee proper replacement or repair is met. 
2. The device is thoroughly tested to ensure reliability and performance. 
3. All devices go through our cleaning process to meet industry standards. 

If the printer is not able to be repaired we will refund the full $99 fee and dispose of the unit for you at no cost.  If you want the unrepairable device returned, there will be a $20 fee.  Repair does not include the communications card.  Defective communication cards will be billed separately. 

Instructions:

1. Purchase this Repair Item. Order one for each device.
2. Write your order # on the outside of the box. 
3. Ship to: DCCS Repairs, 720 Anthony Trail, Northbrook, IL 60062

What happens after DCCS receives the device?

1. We will diagnose the device and make the repairs.
   *In the event the device is unrepairable, we will contact you.  You can decide to let us recycle it, or send it back for a $20 fee.
2. We will ship you the device, and provide you a tracking number.

Warranty:
         We warranty only the repaired components. The warranty is for six months.
