EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, DCCS is here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for replacement, store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 (Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned item.)

 Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must be in the original box and undamaged.
  • Items received with visible signs of damage will NOT be refunded.
  • Items returned AFTER 30 days without prior authorization may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Terminals already downloaded must be cleared and unlocked. Locked terminals are not available for returns.
  • After 30 days, items can come in for Warranty Repair.
    (Customer is responsible for shipping item to DCCS. DCCS will return item via ground shipping at no charge.)

 Exclusions:

  • B-Stock Items
  • Items with broken warranty seals
  • Items with visible damage

 Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to DCCS after 30 days.  
  • DCCS will supply you with a return label at no cost if it is a return within 30 days of purchase
  • and the return is a terminal warranty issue.
  • DCCS can supply a prepaid label and bill you accordingly for the label
    if the product is outside of the 30 day timeframe.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
